Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen).

A deposit via Paypal is required 14 days prior to arrival in order to secure your reservation. The property will email the guest with payment and check-in instructions after booking. Please contact the property once you receive the email to confirm the check-in time. If the property does not receive the confirmation email from the guest, the booking may be treated as a no show. Please inform Osaka Tenma House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.
